Your new job in Coloplast For Corporate IT in Humlebæk we are looking for a Project manager to the Projects and Processes department. The Projects and Processes department is responsible for cross organisational IT projects and process management within the IT function.Your key responsibilities You will be responsible of managing 1-3 projects in parallel of varying complexity and size. The projects can both be initiated by the business units or by the Corporate IT function. Your key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of IT projects Ensuring project documentation comply with Coloplast´s quality management system Ensuring a smooth transition from project to operation Participating in the development of our project governance and delivery models Reporting to steering group and line management Your qualifications At least 3 years of documented experience with project management within IT Fluent in oral and written English A bachelor or master degree (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration or computer science) ractical experience with working in a regulated environment (medical device / pharma / financial industries or similar) Knowledge about PRINCE2 Your personality You have a strong personal drive and thrive in a dynamic environment. You are a strong communicator on all levels in the organisation and you confront issues openly and quickly in order to keep momentum in your project. You are known as a persistent and result-oriented person and are motivated by finishing projects within the agreed timeframe, budget and quality. Finally, you like to work with many different people and appreciate the diversity.We are The Projects and Processes department has 6 employees where each employee is responsible for their individual projects. The Project and Processes department is a unit in the Global Project Management organisation in Corporate IT consisting of a Project Management Office, a US and a UK team.
