For supporting actual projects of a well known customer in the vicinity of Stuttgart we are searching for a

Technical Author Automotive for
Onboard-Diagnosis-Documentation - OBD (m/f)

with the following tasks:

• verification of SW-changes of engine control units in close contact with application specialists
• maintenance of all OBD-relevant information in a database system
• Creation of all necessary OBD-documentations for accreditation purposes (Carb, etc.)
• coordination of all authority - relevant issues
• implementation of vehicle tests

You can offer the following profile:
A successful finished academic study as Master/Bachelor/ Dipl.-Ing. (m/f) in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics etc. or alternative a successful finished apprenticeship as a Technician (m/f) or Technical Author (m/f)

The following experiences are beneficial:

• Experience in development of control units
• Carb-experience
• Matlab/Simulink / ASCET or C-experience
• version- and configuration management, issue tracking
• good command of German, good command of English

You have a passion for automotive technology, ideally you already have a relevant professional experience. Additionally you have a good readiness of mind, organizational skills and a poise as well as a structured, concept driven method and basic knowledge in MS-office-applications. Adaption to multiple changing sites of operation is an asset.

You posses a good team spirit and creativity, willingness to integration in international teams as well as outstanding communicational skills in your relationship to the customer.
